Q: What is your Chico Prestige Card?

A: The Chico Prestige Card permits users to earn Chico Reward Points for every dollar spent before taxes at any Chico pet store.


Q: What is your Chico Rewards Points account?

A: This Chico Rewards Points account is a rewards account that permits users (members) to obtain 2% back on their card for every dollar spent before taxes at all Chico pet stores. These Rewards Points could be used as a form of payment at Chico Pet Store only after users have registered their profile and card online. This is not a credit card.


Q: Is the Chico Rewards Points account free?

A: Yes. There is no activation fee or membership fee. The Rewards Points account is a way of us to thank our loyal customers.


Q: What must I do to accumulate points on my account?

A: Present your Chico Prestige card to cashiers at time of purchase. Present your Chico Prestige card to cashiers at time of purchase. Cashiers will process your card transaction and provide your account with points on every purchase.


Q: I want to register my account but I am not sure how. Can you help me?

A: You will need to go to our chico.ca website in the Prestige Card section and register as a new user. You must enter a valid email address to register. After completing and submitting the form with your card number, you will receive an email with a link to validate your email. Your profile registration will remain pending for 72 hours until you have validated the reception of an email validation. Very important: click on the link and open your profile. To redeem your accumulated rewards points, you will need to register, validate your email in the validation process provided to you. If you need additional help, you can complete the contact form. If you do not see the validation email, please check your spam folder.


Q: How many points can I accumulate with my card?

A: The Chico’s Rewards Points account accumulates 2 points for every dollar spent before taxes at Chico’s stores. There is no limit to the number of Chico rewards points a member can accumulate. However, you will need to register your profile and activate your account by completing the steps provided to use your Chico rewards points.


Q: Where can I see the number of points I have accumulated until now?

A: The Chico Prestige member can consult the value of Chico reward points via their online profile through chico.ca in the Privilege Card section.


Q: Where can I open my account?

A: You can open your Chico Privilege account by visiting chico.ca in the Privilege Card section and completing the steps to register.


Q: Why do I need to provide my email address?

A: Your email address will be your username to log in to your Chico Privilege account. This is also the address where you will receive Chico Privilege emails for promotions and personalized offers. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time by changing the preferences in your Chico profile.


Q: Can I have multiple cards in my profile?

A: Yes, you can have multiple cards in the same profile and share the cards with family members or friends.


Q: I registered, but I can’t log in in. What should I do?

A: If you already signed up, you should have received a verification email. Don’t see it in your inbox? Check your spam folder. Click on the verification link in the email, then you’ll be able to access your profile online. If you have already confirmed your subscription, you may have entered an incorrect password. Try clicking on the Forgot? link to reset your password.


Q: I’ve verified my email address, but I’m still having trouble logging in. How can I fix that?

A: If you are still having problems logging in after verifying your email address, try resetting your password. This should work.


Q: What happened to the points I accumulated before April 25, 2021?

A: Your points earned under the previous program were not lost and will remain where you originally earned them. Your old points will not be transferred to the new Chico Rewards program. As you have done in the past, you will need to return to the same store to redeem your previous program points. Since April 2021, accumulated points are automatically added to the new Chico Rewards program.


Q: I do not have a card, can I register?

A: If you do not have a card and wish to use a digital Chico Prestige card, we invite you to join online and generate a digital card as a new Chico Prestige member. You will need to use your phone's web browser to go to chico.ca and login to your Privilege membership account and present your digital card with every purchase.


Q: I do not want to use a physical card, can I still earn rewards points?

A: You will need to use your phone's web browser to go to chico.ca and login to your Privilege membership account and present your digital card upon every purchase.


Q: I do not want to use a digital rewards card?

A: Simply visit your nearest Chico pet store and ask for a Chico Rewards Card. Once you get the Chico Rewards card, you will need to register your card online as a Privilege Member or you will need to link the new card to your existing Privilege Member Profile online.
